ROOM INFORMATION
Dinner
We serve dinner from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm. If you have not booked half board, we kindly ask you to reserve a table with us in good time (before 5.00 pm), especially at weekends.
Departure (check-out)
We ask you to leave your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure so that the next guest will find their room ready on arrival. If you wish to use the room for longer, we would be grateful if you could clarify with reception the evening before whether this is possible. From 2 p.m. we charge a surcharge of CHF 50.00. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge at reception on the day of departure.

If you need an adapter, please contact reception.
Doctor

Bank
We have a bank in the village (Raiffeisenbank), with an ATM (EURO withdrawals also possible).

If you would like to deposit something, please contact the reception.
Fire
In the event of fire, we ask you to use the escape routes marked with green illuminated signs on each floor of the hotel. In case of heavy smoke: hold a wet cloth in front of your face and move along the floor. Please remain calm - do not panic - we ask you to
study the plan for the emergency exits on your room door.
Breakfast
Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet daily from 8.00 am to 10.00 am. Please let us know the evening before if you wish to leave before 8.00 am. We will be happy to prepare a breakfast bag for you the evening before and place it in the Maxi Bar on the floor.
Luggage service
For help with your luggage, please contact reception.
Drinks and snacks
Our Maxi Bar is located on the floor. Cash purchases are possible. There is a cash desk on site.
Half board
Our half-board consists of a rich 3-course menu. You are welcome to book this in addition to the room/breakfast arrangement by registering by 2.00 pm.
Dogs
Of course, four-legged friends are very welcome.

There is a free W-LAN connection throughout the house. Login data: Strauss4
Children
For the little ones we have a travel cot with mattress and comforter. For children from 3-7 years we have an extra bed. Both for an extra charge.
Pillow
Do you need an extra pillow? No problem, just let us know.
Credit cards
In our small family business we prefer cash or bank transfer. To keep commissions and taxes as low as possible. Thank you for your help. We accept Master Card, Maestro EC direct and Postcard

Have you forgotten your charger at home? Contact the reception desk. We will be happy to help you.
Packed lunch
A day of skiing or hiking in the Aletsch Arena makes you hungry. On request, we will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you, which you can order in the restaurant until the evening before. The price per packed lunch is CHF 16.00.
Minibar
For economic reasons there is a Maxi Bar on the floor. PROST
Lunch open
17.30 open. Lunch is therefore not available.
Local bus
The train station is 5 minutes walk from our hotel. Buses and trains leave from there. Timetables are available on the floor. We will be happy to help you.
Parking
For our valued guests there is a free parking lot in front of the hotel.
Post Office
The post office is a 5-minute walk from our hotel. We are also happy to take your vacation greetings to the post office. You can buy postcards and stamps from us. We have a small selection of self-made postcards.
Travel utensils
Have you forgotten your toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable razor etc.? Forgotten them? Please contact us. We will be happy to help you out for an extra charge.
Smokers
Our rooms are all non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Ashtrays are available!

Shoe cleaning
You will find a shoe cleaning set in your room. If your shoes are very dirty, we will be happy to help you with a brush. Just ask and we will show you where you can clean your shoes.
Swimming pool
In Fiesch there is an indoor swimming pool in the vacation village, this is open Monday - Friday from 2.00 p.m. Swimming pool 12.5 m x 25 m Aquavit lane. The indoor pool can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes from our hotel. In Brigerbad there is an indoor and outdoor thermal bath.
Late arrivals
If you enjoy the nightlife in Fiesch and return home late at night, don't forget to take your room key with you.

Sports
There is (almost) no sport that you can't do here in Fiesch and the Aletsch Arena.
We will be happy to inform you. Brochures and information about the region are available on your floor and in your room.
Television/Radio
All our rooms are equipped with a TV/radio with remote control.
Tourist Center
Here you will find all the information you need about the numerous excursion possibilities in the Aletsch Arena and the surrounding area. The Tourist Info office is located 5 minutes from the hotel. It is in the same building as the train station and the cable car for the Eggishorn.
Laundry service
You will find a laundry bag with a price list in your room cupboard.
Welness
You can book our private outdoor wellness facility with Margrit or Yves. Our outdoor wellness facility can be booked from 16.00 to 19.00. Please note that heating up the sauna and hot tub takes at least one hour.
Change of linen
For the sake of the environment, the beds are changed every 4-5 days; on request we can also make your bed daily, please contact the reception. Bath towels are changed when they are on the floor.
Alarm clock
We will be happy to wake you up if you wish.
WLAN
WLAN is available to our guests free of charge. From 23.30 to 7.00 this is automatically switched off.
Magazines
Magazines can be found on the floor, there are also a few books where you are welcome to help yourself.
