Terms of contract

REGISTRATION

With your reservation you conclude a binding accommodation contract.

​

PAYMENT

The total price of your stay must be paid by bank transfer at the latest before your arrival. The total amount results from your reservation.

SPECIAL NOTES

Pets on request.
We have non-smoking rooms: Please do not smoke in the rooms.

ARRIVAL

Check-in 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

DEPARTURE DAYS

The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest and left in a tidy condition for the landlord.

 

CANCELLATION

If the guest is unable to commence the agreed stay, he must inform the landlord as early as possible. Cancellations of the reservation or changes to the length of stay must also be notified to the landlord in good time.

In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the guest shall pay...

... up to 2 days before arrival, the guest does not pay any cancellation fees. 

In the event of cancellation from 2 days before arrival, the total price of the stay is due.

If the agreed rental period is not fully complied with, the total amount of the stay for the agreed period must nevertheless be paid. In the event of later withdrawal and non-arrival, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

 

If we withdraw from the contract before the start of the trip (due to force majeure such as war. strike or damage to the rental property due to accidents, fire and water damage and similar compelling reasons), all amounts paid will be refunded immediately, further claims are expressly excluded.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance together with your booking. The landlord assumes no liability towards the tenant during the rental period.

LIABILITY

No liability can be accepted for service disruptions caused beyond our control, in particular in the event of war, strike, natural disasters, etc., or for service disruptions in the areas of transportation, supply and disposal (e.g. water, energy, access roads), especially if these disruptions are caused by force majeure or local climatic conditions.

ALLGEMEINES

Im Übrigen gelten die Bestimmungen des Schweizer Obligationenrechts. Gerichtsstand ist Brig.
